Règlement Jeu Concours
La société SAS 15 NANCY, dont le siège est situé au 15 rue de Nancy 75010 Paris - France, organise un jeu concours sans obligation d’achat intitulé « Donnez votre avis et tentez de gagner ! », accessible aux clients de l’établissement via un QR code disponible sur place.
Le jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure ayant séjourné ou fréquenté les établissements du Grand Quartier (hôtel ou café restaurant), à l’exclusion du personnel de l’établissement et de leurs familles.
La participation est gratuite et sans obligation d’achat.
Pour participer, le client doit :
Scanner le QR code disponible dans l’établissement ;
Déposer un avis sur son expérience au sein du Grand Quartier via le formulaire indiqué.
Chaque participant ne peut déposer qu’un seul avis avec son téléphone portable ou tablette mobile.
Toute participation incomplète, erronée ou non conforme au présent règlement sera considérée comme nulle.
À l’issue du dépôt d'un commentaire, un tirage au sort sera réalisé et un lot sera attribué au participant si il est gagnant.
Les gagnants verront immédiatement leur gain à l'écran et seront contactés directement par email à l’adresse indiquée lors de leur participation pour recevoir leur lot.
Les lots mis en jeu peuvent comprendre :
Un une boisson au Café Grand Quartier ;
Un surclassement de chambre ;
Une nuitée en Suite pour deux personnes maximum (petit déjeuner non inclus).
Les lots sont envoyés par email au gagnant et sont valables trois (3) mois à compter de la date d’envoi.
Les lots doivent être utilisés sur place (pour le Restaurant) ou signalés au moment de la réservation s’il s’agit d’un séjour à l’hôtel.
Ils sont attribués sous réserve de disponibilité à la date souhaitée par le gagnant.
Les lots ne peuvent en aucun cas être échangés, remboursés ou faire l’objet d’une contrepartie financière.
L’organisateur se réserve le droit d’écarter toute participation frauduleuse ou non conforme au présent règlement, et de modifier, suspendre ou annuler le jeu en cas de force majeure, sans engager sa responsabilité.
Les informations recueillies dans le cadre du jeu sont nécessaires à la gestion du concours.
Elles sont traitées conformément au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD) et à la loi Informatique et Libertés.

The contest is open to any individual aged 18 or over who has stayed at or visited Le Grand Quartier (hotel or café-restaurant), excluding staff members of the establishment and their families.
Participation is free and with no purchase obligation.
To participate, guests must:
Scan the QR code available within the establishment;
Submit a review of their experience at Le Grand Quartier using the provided form.
Each participant may submit only one review using their mobile phone or tablet.
Any incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant entry will be considered invalid.
After submitting a review, a random draw will be conducted. A prize will be awarded to the participant if they are selected as a winner.
Winners will see their result immediately displayed on-screen and will also be contacted by email at the address provided during participation to receive their prize.
The prizes offered may include:
A drink at Café Grand Quartier;
A room upgrade;
A one-night stay in a Suite for up to two people (breakfast not included).
Prizes are sent by email to the winner and are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
Prizes must be used on-site (for the Restaurant) or mentioned when booking if related to a hotel stay.
All prizes are subject to availability on the chosen dates.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for any cash equivalent.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude any fraudulent or non-compliant participation, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure, without incurring liability.
The information collected as part of this contest is required for its administration.
